Departure Day

I tried to tell Milo that China was very far away, but he really wanted to go. And yes, that is TP in my suitcase.

Packed and ready to leave. One suitcase is filled with clothes and the other has lots of teaching supplies/gifts. Hopefully it'll be enough to last 3 weeks! I'm off to meet up with the other US teachers to leave for JFK.

Summer Camp Here I Come!

A once in a lifetime opportunity came my way and I am eager to begin my journey. I am part of a group of American teachers traveling to China to teach English at a summer camp. Saturday is the big departure day. I’m feeling nervous about the many unanswered questions, but excited for a new adventure! Stay tuned for updates about my voyage.
